Delete Your Account
In the App
- Open Ward & Wander and sign in with the Google account you play with.
- Open the Menu.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion runs at once. The app returns to the sign-in screen.
Without the App
No longer have the app or the phone? Request the deletion by email:
- Write to jhofer.gamedev@gmail.com, subject Delete account.
- Include your player name and, if you can, your faction and the area you usually play in.
- We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What Is Deleted

| Buildings you own | Turn neutral in the game; your name is removed |

What Is Kept for a Short Time

| Database backups | Up to 14 days, then overwritten |
| Technical logs (truncated hash of the account identifier, no name) | A few days, rotating |
| Server error reports | At most 90 days |
